I have an old game that I would like to explore the map with this being the end result. If anyone know what the software is below please also let me know. Thanks

I'm wondering if the fdx and fat files are from the Far Cry Primal game (2016).  Did a quick Google Search and some of the maps look somewhat like your shared image.

Its Planetside maps. I'm not 100% sure they are original format but as far as I know the CD's were ripped and as they are in the folder. Was just wanting to load them up at this angle and I already went down the rabbit hole of using UNITY Textmesh (The one in the pic) and not really working either

Planetside.  Thank you for the information.  I looked at the Data Interoperability extension in ArcGIS Pro and it appears that it cannot be used to import *.fdx or *.fat files either.  I'll keep digging.

The person may have formatted them to load with UnityText Mesh. After seeing how detailed ArcGIS is id be up for finding a way to get the game maps loaded into it
