Business Analyst - Generate Drive Time Trade Areas tool returns different results with same input data and parameters

Hello,

I am generating trade areas around a set of points using the Generate Drive Time Trade Area tool. I ran a set of points and received the expected results. A day later, I ran a second, larger set of points, including points in the first run, and applied the same tool parameters (below). To my suprise the results are not the same. What could could be causing the differnece in results?
