Best Practice: How do you Rename your existing project to a new project to a different title ?

When you first open ArcGIS Pro and you create a new project and work on it for a while or months and then at the end of the project. You decide to rename the new project.

If I rename the project to a existing project , will I lose anything ?

Or is it better method is to  use Save as a new project ?

For instance,  Title name : Water.aprx to Arkansas_River_spilled_oil.aprx ?  ( This is just not real project but to show you an example )

Projects cannot be renamed in ArcGIS Pro. However, you can Save as new and save it as Arkansas_River_spilled_oil.aprx.
