Currently, running 10.6.1 enterprise Portal and ArcPro 2.5.1.
We have a feature service that is being viewed live. The creator can download a map for editing the feature service, but other users can not.
The other users belong to a group and have rights to edit the feature service, but the map will not download for editing. The extent of the download is small enough where the feature count is minimal, e.g. less than 100 feature.
I can edit the feature service in an ArcPro session, but don't want to do that on a live feature service.
