ArcHydro Error 000354 The name contains invalid characters Failed to execute

Many of my ArcHydro tools do not seem to run due to the Error 000354 The name contains invalid characters Failed to execute (Fill). ('line 197', 'c:\\program files\\arcgis\\pro\\Resources\\ArcToolbox\\Scripts\\archydro\\hydroconditionhighresolutiondem.py', '')

I've tried to makes sure that my filenames are set correctly without any spaces like the error suggests but this these analyses do not work even with repeating earlier successful ones. I've also tried to reinstall ArcHydro but keep getting this error with many different ArcHydro Tools.

the filename is fine, but the path to the data will cause issues especially if it isn't raw-encoded.  Try a simpler path like "C:\\Output_data" or raw-encoded r"C:\Output_data"

Still getting the same error message with both of those attempts. I've tried just the desktop as well.
