Hello,
I am running into an issue where ArcGIS Pro is not signing me into my Portal account. I can login totally fine to our Enterprise Portal in the browser. But when I try to login to the Portal within ArcGIS Pro, the login buffers for a second and then just says the beginning info of Available: Not signed in.
I do not get any error whatsoever. I purposely tried to input an incorrect password, this prompted the invalid username or password error.
Please let me know if you have any advice. I can confirm that I have permissions to use ArcGIS Pro as I am a creator (administrator) for my organization.
when signing in can you select Sign In via Browser if it does already appear. Does this make a difference?
I have tried both options to no avail. I also deleted the portal out and reconfigured it to Pro, and it still bugs out
@ckellow I would recommend you reach out to your Esri distributor through a support case and they will be able to work with you to find out what is going on.
Perhaps try a soft profile reset?
