ArcGIS Pro locator made from polygon geometry returns erratic results

I 've created using ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2, a locator that uses polygon geometry. I tried as role ZONE and Territory. There is an issue with some polygons that it doesn't correctly locate the intersected polygon. The projected coordinate system is Greek Grid.

Below are two images, the first one with the correct intersection and the second one with the wrong respectively.

Am i missing something?

the solution was to use SECTOR as role. Local ESRI office provided me with the solution
