I am new to arcgis pro.I came across a short course from esri learning about the processing of sentinel data.they taught several techniques about how to mitigating speckle, removing radiometric and geometric distortions by using ArcGIS Image Analyst toolbox.the problem i am facing is when I am doing certain processing like remove thermal noise .New layer is added in the content pane but it is not visible in the map layer. Not just this tool every processing tool in Image Analyst toolbox giving the same output.i tried clearing cache, temp folder, saving it as a new project. building everything new.but this problem is still occurring.I even went to the sci-hub Copernicus to download new sentinel 1 data.but same problem is still happening.I am using arcgis pro 3.0.1 version.

right-click on the layer in the table of contents,

select zoom to layer

if it appears, then the coordinate system of the layer hasn't been defined using the Define Projection tool in ArcToolbox.

If you do't need the basemap, open a new map without a basemap and add the layers there

thanks for your suggestion.

i have tried several techniques

1.opened a map with basemap

2.opened my input raster(s6_mainfest) which was a sar data

3.then i double-clicked to map to change my coordinate system.i choose WGS 1984.

4.Then i opened environments  tab to change my coordinate system.i set it as my current map.and under raster analysis cell size i put "s6_mainfest".I did this so my outputs that will be generated during the analysis will have same coordinates.

5.then i used the remove thermal noise tool. but the same problem happend again.out put layer was in the content pane but it was not displaying in the map.i have checked the coordinate system .it was WGS 1984

6.I clicked on the zoom to layer .it showed the exact location that I want but it did not show any layer. It seemed like it was transparent.

7.As i was zooming in and out i noticed that my output  layer was showing "No data".you can see it in the picture.

what should i do now?

As I suggested, an empty map, just add the data layer (no basemap, no setting the coordinate system)

The first layer added will set the coordinate system... if the map is empty at this point showing nodata, then there is something wrong with the layer.

I am also facing the same issue. Did you get any solution for the issue?
