Why, if I select a basemap in ArcGIS PRO that contain vector tile service, it appears a question mark as the system doesn't recognize the data source? Map service basemap are shown regularly.
I have cleared the cache, updated the ArcGIS PRO to the latest release and checked the URL of the tile service in a browser. Thanks a lot for the help.

Hello there!  I was hopeful that a clean uninstall/reinstall would resolve this issue.  There are some registry items you can rename that sets ArcGIS Pro back to factory settings.  You can learn about it here.

Interesting - do you have the service URL for the vector tile service so I may test it on my side?  Thanks!

Here is the URL of OpenStreetMap: https://cdn.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/0df19d2d940b47658857cc2fc9623840/resources/styles/.... But is the same for all Vector Tile Services as basemap

On my ArcGIS PRO (server side) all basemap are regolarly rendered

Thank you for the link!  So in my ArcGIS Pro, the Vector Tile Service works as expected - see attached.  To add this service, I went to the Map tab and in the Layer group, clicked the drop down for the Add Data button and clicked From Path...  In the UI for Add Data from Path, I copied and pasted the URL provided to me - https://cdn.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/0df19d2d940b47658857cc2fc9623840/resources/styles/... -

and the layer drew as expected.  I'm using ArcGIS Pro 3.4.x

Unfortunately this workaround didn't work for me (I'm using the 3.4.1. just upgraded from the previous version with the same issue). The strange thing is that in my other ArcGIS PRO client everything works normally. As if there is a library or something else corrupted that is not being updated.

Interesting.  So if this works in other ArcGIS Pro clients and not the one you're on/using, then "maybe" it's missing something certainly.  You could do a clean uninstall and clean install of ArcGIS Pro 3.4 and then upgrade to the latest software update of 3.4.3 to see if the problem continues.

Hello Robert. Thanks for the tip. I've just de-installed and clean re-installed ArcGIS PRO with the latest patch available at the moment. The issue wasn't resolved at all!! Is perhaps a registry problem? I don't know what else to try..
