I'm trying to intersect 2 polygon feature classes with the geoanalytic desktop tool - Overlay. First off, Pro takes forever (about 3 minutes) to simply open the tool in addition to being pretty unresponsive when I click on a layer in the map to make it visible or expand the symbology. I've tried restarting the app and the computer to no avail. Parallel processing factor set at 90%. I don't have any other applications open. Overlay input Layer 1 has 1.95 million records and Layer 2 has 29,000. I previously was able to run the tool with 2.2 million records in Layer 1.
