I have a statewide contour line dataset (vector lines) that is in meters that I would like to convert to feet at regular intervals like 30 feet or so. Is there any way to do this with a math function, or will I have to go back to the DEM? Thanks, cob

Do you have physical contour lines at every 30 feet or so? Are are they at every meter? If I'm doing my math right, roughly every 9.144 meters is 30 feet, so it's likely that you do not have a physical line there. I am thinking that you might have to go back to the DEM and calculate based on foot-measurements.

The location of a 10 m vs 30 ft are close-ish, they will not be coincident.  I suspect that if you want nice round intervals in feet, then you will have to re-contour from the DEM.
