I'm running a test with ArcGIS Pro and a Portal Enterprise.
a pop-up has been set up on the portal to warn users.
on arcgis pro, when I log in to the portal for the first time, the pop-up appears, while if I close the pro and re-run it with the saved login, the pop-up does not appear.
is it possible to systematically warn Pro users from the Portal?
