Hello,

I have installed ArcGIS Pro 3.4 with the AI tools enabled during the installation process. According to Esri's documentation, there should be an "Assistant" group available under the Help tab.

However, I am unable to find this group in the interface.

Has anyone else encountered this issue or know what steps I might need to take to enable or access the AI Assistant in ArcGIS Pro?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Hi @AyanPalit,

Thanks so much for your helpful reply and for pointing out the AVX2 requirement.

In my case, the Assistant feature was tied to the ArcGIS Pro AI Assistants Early Adopter Program. I was lucky to be directed—thanks to a suggestion from @KoryKramer —to someone at Esri who sent me an invite and the necessary installers.

After completing the setup, I now have the Assistant active in ArcGIS Pro.

Appreciate your support!

Best,
Muhammad Elbagoury

@MuhammadElbagoury The AI tools mentioned, require a processor that supports the AVX2 instruction set. If this hardware requirement is not met, even if the tool suggestions model file is installed, suggestions will not be available.

@MuhammadElbagoury Ok so your query was on ArcGIS Pro 3.5, unreleased at this point not ArcGIS Pro 3.4. It makes sense that you got access to the software through ArcGIS Pro AI Assistants Early Adopter Program. Please mark this question as solved.

@AyanPalit thank you for the follow-up. Just to clarify, the query was actually based on ArcGIS Pro 3.4, not 3.5.

The 3.5 version of the assistant should be available when ArcGIS Pro 3.5 is available - anticipated early next week.
