ArcGIS Pro 3.4.2: The “Pop-up” tool returns no values for some visible rasters,

In the screenshot below, the “Pop-up” tool returns no values for some visible rasters, even though these rasters are derived from the same source layer, as shown in the model.

What could be causing this issue?

The data is attached.

Hello Jamal!  So Modelbuilder question for you - are the intermediate rasters marked as intermediate data?  If so, right-click an output variable and uncheck the Intermediate Data option.  Does the pop-up then show correctly?

It is very frustrating that the behavior is not stable. Now, the pop-up is able to retrieve values from three rasters out of four!

By the way, I observed the following:
If the pop-up is unable to retrieve a value for a particular raster, two things happen:

  1. Exporting the layout of that raster as a PDF results in a file where the raster is not displayed.

  2. If the “Classify” method is used as the symbology method, the raster disappears.

It’s like a syndrome—with no clear reason for this strange behavior!
