ArcGIS Pro 3.02 File Geodatabase Right Click New Menu Greyed Out

In Catalog view when I go to the File Geodatabase created for the project, when I right click and select the "New" option, all of the options are greyed out.  I CAN create a new item using the Manage tab then selecting "New".  

I have two different Portals that I can log in with and I have the same issue with both accounts.
