ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How to include the effect of the “population” field when applying the “location-allocation” tool?
I couldn’t figure out how to include the effect of the “population” field when applying the “location-allocation” tool. Is the “location – allocation” tool based only on the location of facility, source, and roads network? Is the solution based only the geometry?
