In the screenshot below, I couldn’t figure out how to get the text description of a symbol in one line in the legend

Hi Jamal,
Good to see your post. I've been away for a month and just now return to esri community.
I like your problem because it's an easy one to remedy, and a great way to get back into meddling in other people's problems.
Right click on Legend, and select properties.
Then go to Legend arrangement options.
On word wrapping, increase labels or descriptions to your desired width.
Then close out of the element pane and save project.
You may have to mess with this a bit and also increase your legend window size to get it just so.
