ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: How to get the symbology presented based on the “upper value” while working with “graduated color” as “primary symbology”?

I couldn’t figure out how to get the symbology presented based on the “upper value” while working with “graduated color” as “primary symbology” as shown in the screenshot below

Not sure what you are referring to, but if it is the break numbers, then you have to code for it
