ArcGIS Pro 3.0.1: Based on what the sequence of layers are ordered in the content pane with “list by data source” mode?

For example, how can I move the “u2.u2 (traditional) – u2@localhost: H” to be above the “u3.u3 (traditional) – u3@localhost: H” as per the screenshot below?

I would love to know the answer to this one! @JamalNUMAN you might even submit an idea requesting that users be able to define that order somehow. I'd vote for it!
