ArcGIS Pro 2.8.4: How to get the “as a separate floating window” option activated by default for ALL types of popping up panes?

For example, as the “attribute” panes is clicked, its pane is docked in one of the existing panes. We got the same behavior when clicking “field view” and “control point table”.

Then how to apply the “as a separate floating window” option for all types of panes in Pro? this option is already available for table and model builders panes

You can dock panels together into larger panels. I've done this and I just out those bigger panels on a separate monitor. I moved one panel over another and used one of the side arrows to dock them side by side. See the screenshot.

What I wanted here is to have an option to get all the panes floated by default as they started. I’m aware how to get them arranged in anon-combined mode as per the screenshot below

For example, if the “attribute” pane is started, then it gets combined with the one of the existing panes. What I wanted here is to get this pane floated as it starts

By the way, this option is already available for table and model builders panes
