ArcGIS Pro 2.6: Catalog fails to show the _alllayers and Status.gdb created in the arcgiscache,

I couldn’t figure out why Catalog fails to show the _alllayers and Status.gdb created in the arcgiscache.

In the screenshot below, the paths below contain _alllayers and Status.gdb respectively. However, calalog fails to show them

What could be the issue here?
