Arc Pro project will not open and is hung

I have a project with 10 maps and 7 layouts.  Everything was going fine until I tried to open it today.  I am getting a spinning blue circle.  I let the opening process continue for a half hour and no progress.  I started ArcGIS Monitor and it shows the process.  Attached is an image of the ArcGIS Monitor.  I have to admitted that I am not very familiar with the methods.  Maybe someone can help get this project to open.  If I don't have to recreate it, this would be awesome!Arc Pro, Won

Ah I see what's happening, the author of the thread can mark an answer correct rather than you or I so no deviousness is at play.  ArcGIS Pro is a different type of desktop GIS application and familiar ArcMap workflows don't always work the same as in ArcGIS Pro.  I'm happy to hear the issue is corrected - let me know if you have any additional questions.  Cheers!
