Animation generated with transparent margin

Dear all, I want to export an animation in 1024x512 pixels (plate carree). While the animation runs and exports fine, the final result has 1024x512 but always includes a transparent margin, I would like to get rid of. I attach a screenshot to illustrate the issues.
