Clicking on 'Learning Resource'>'ArcGIS Blog' within the ArcGIS Pro application opens a blank browser (see attached video).

Hello @BSBlagojevic , yes that does indeed use an incorrect URL. It seems to be missing the word "products". You can just type that in yourself for now.
