Hello all,

I am at a total loss here. For some background, I worked with ArcGIS pro during my undergrad, but I was provided with a license (?) of the program, if that's the right word, and all I had to do was download, sign up with my school e-mail and go, I believe. This was some time ago. Now I am doing a non-GIS related grad program but I wanted to make a map. I bought " ArcGIS Desktop Advanced One Year Timeout for Student Use License". After this I created an organization for my self and I am listed as the administrator (attachment: organization.png) however, when I attempt to log in with those credentials I receive the error shown in attachment: error.png. I am at a total loss with how to proceed here, and would appreciate any help. I can absolutely post more information as needed.  If this isn't the correct place to ask this question, I would at least appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

Mikel, I wonder if the ArcGIS Pro license still needs to be explicitly assigned to your STMBaxter2 account. It may be available but not yet assigned. Check the Manage licenses topic in ArcGIS Online help, specifically the section on configuring add-on licenses and see if that helps.
