3D Tiles Data Not Displaying in ArcGIS Pro with No Error Messages

Hello everyone!

I am trying to load 3D Tiles data in ArcGIS Pro, but the data is not displaying. In the Diagnostic Monitor, there are no error messages. However, this data loads successfully in other software, such as Cesium.

The ArcGIS Pro documentation states that Draco compression is supported, but I suspect that the support may not be fully comprehensive.

Since there are no error messages in the Diagnostic Monitor, I am at a loss as to how to troubleshoot this issue.

I have prepared a test dataset (Mesh_draco.zip) that does not display in ArcGIS Pro.  To reduce the data size, I deleted some B3DM data, which causes the Diagnostic Monitor to report errors regarding inaccessible B3DM files. However, there are still many B3DM files that should be accessible.

Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

The Esri support analyst told me that version 3.4 can display the data.
