Update Construction Guides Addin for ArcGIS 10.1 & 10.2

This addin is a great tool for map editing parcels and adding and updating map facilities/assets.  Unfortunelty it appears as it has been abandoned and has not been updated to ArcGIS 10.1 & 10.2.

Can you please consider updating this wonderfull addin so that it does not crash in  ArcGIS 10.1 & 10.2.

At this point Esri won't update this tool as all effort is being put into Pro at this point. We (Miller Spatial) are willing to update the code so it doesn't crash if we can get the code used so agencies can use it until they move to Pro.
