I would like to see a tool developed whereby a user could have a file with fields for fill name and RGB values that could be imported directly into a style, either users own personal style or a entirely new stand-alone style. This would save having to manually create unique fill symbology and streamline cartographic processes.

Is this still not possible? I've been trying to figure out how to do this with no luck. I'm trying to transfer my Adobe Illustrator swatch colors (and ideally other things like Graphic Styles, Symbols, maybe even Character Styles and Paragraph Styles) into ArcGIS Pro Styles. I managed to find and modify a script to export the color numbers from Illustrator, but haven't been able to figure out a way to get them into an ArcGIS Pro Style without cutting and pasting each set of color values manually.

I realize that this idea is really old at this point, and while not "importing" a file, I wanted to point to this help topic: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/layer-properties/attribute-driven-color-in-sym...

There is also some discussion on this thread about how to accomplish the correct formatting using Arcade: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-questions/set-symbol-color-from-rgb-values-in-attribute/m-p...
