Table of contents : make cursor visible even if text is longer than pannel's width

When the text of a content's attribute - for example the name of a layer - is longer than the width of the table of contents pannel, when the cursor is at the end, we can't see it.

In ArcMap, the text is automatically moving so we can see it :

In Pro it is not, and we have to enlarge the pannel. The same system as in ArcMap should be implemented in Pro.

(of course the goal is not to see the cursor itself but the text that we want to adjust)
