Revise Appearance of Single Features in Cluster Symbology

When symbolizing point features as Clusters, the symbology for single features is different than for clustered features.

Please revise the symbology so that the single features are shown with the same symbol as clustered features, with the count specified as "1".  This would avoid the awkward dichotomy in the legend of Features and Clusters.

The legend should also be fixed so that all the cluster symbols are not the same size.
