"Invert Symbol Labels" Symbology Option

There are existing options in the Symbology pane to reverse the vertical order of symbols and values when using graduated colors, etc., to display multiple values or value ranges. However, the labels for those symbols are auto-generated in a "small-to-large" ordering.

In English grammar, text reads from left to right and top to bottom. When reading a range of values, it makes most sense for those ranges to be laid out in an order that reads from larger value to smaller value and top to bottom.

Currently, the only way to have such an order is to manually edit each symbol's label. This is of small issue when only dealing with a single map or two, but when multiple maps need to be made, each representing a variety of value ranges across different fields, performing the manual edit every time becomes very tedious and introduces opportunities for error.

Having an option to "invert" the ordering of symbol labels, possibly contained in the "More" drop-down menu similar to the options to reverse values and symbol order, would be an added-value benefit. In my specific case, all it would take is an option to swap, for example, a label such as "1.08 - 1.36" into simply "1.36 - 1.08". Making this a setting for the feature class symbology, rather than only for a single field within that feature class, would also help to streamline its usefulness. I have example images below.

Whether contained within the "More" drop-down menu, the "Format Labels" menu at the top of the Symbology pane, or as a button you can click on and off within the pane, having an option to set the symbol labels to read large-to-small automatically would be very useful.
