I frequently work on parcel updates and use several panes, such as Labels, Symbology, Geoprocessing, Attributes, Create Feature, Modify Features, and Catalog. I like being able to maximize the viewable map area and minimize the amount of clicks to get around. So, it is helpful to have them spread out on my second monitor, but it is time consuming to spread them all out to the right size and order. Having a button to collapse and open all panes to previous location would be wonderful, extremely helpful, and efficient.
Another way could be to create a Pane View and be able to quickly dock several panes within that view. That view could then be dragged to the second monitor. Basically this would be the same as the window that is created when panes are docked to each other. Except now we could save that layout and keep multiple versions for different editing environments.
Here is an example Pane layout. Let's be able to pin this down and hide it or if it were a view I could dock it with the other views. Being able to save multiple as different editing environments would be helpful too.
