Currently, when you add a combo box to the Quick Access Toolbar (such as layer transparency, label font size, or definition query selection), it appears to have been added at first glance, but it disappears when you edit the Quick Access Toolbar or restart the application. Also, some items, such as the transparency combo box, appear to have been added but actually have no effect.
I think it would be very convenient if these items could remain properly on the Quick Access Toolbar and be used. In ArcMap, the toolbar was displayed, so I could quickly access various items. I hope that this convenience will return.
Hi @-_- ! Do you know what version of ArcGIS Pro you're working with? We did some work at the 3.5 release related to the QAT (see: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-pro-ideas/restore-definition-query-dropdown-to-qat/idc-p/161571...).

Previously, I was using version 3.4. When the 3.5.2 update was released the other day, I updated and tested its functionalities.
While the combo boxes generally now persist in the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT) after restarting (with some exceptions), I've observed mixed results regarding their functionality.
Label Font Size:
Changing the font size for the currently selected class in the combo box successfully updates the label display. This appears to be working as intended.
Label Font Name:
When attempting to change the font name, only a white border is displayed, and the font name itself is not shown or modifiable.
Layer Transparency:
When added to the QAT, the transparency value is always displayed as 100%, regardless of the actual layer transparency. Moving the slider has no effect, and the control disappears from the QAT upon restarting the application.
Custom Add-in Combo Box:
I developed an add-in with a combo box that displays map series page names and allows navigation between pages. This add-in functions correctly within the "Add-ins" tab. However, after adding it to the QAT and restarting the application, the combo boxes in both the QAT and the "Add-ins" tab only display a white border and are no longer functional.
In summary, it appears that only the label font size adjustment is currently working as expected. I hope these issues can be addressed in future updates.
