Eliminate ArcGIS Desktop license levels

Too many times people are stopped in their tracks because a tool requires a higher license level in ArcGIS Desktop.  It's time for ESRI to allow full unfettered productivity and standardize all ArcGIS Desktop to an Advanced license level.

If ESRI was to allow full access for one price

Then

ESRI would raise the price for everything to what the top level is now

then

A lot more people raise the outcry at the extra money

The answer is simple.  IF you cannot do everything you want, then buy a more expensive licensing format.
