As far as I can tell, it's not possible to edit a CSV from the attribute table.

It would be helpful if CSVs were editable.

I'm aware that geodatabases are Esri's preferred file format when it comes to editing. But there are other non-GDB formats like shapefiles and enterprise DBs that are editable in ArcGIS Pro. It would be nice if CSVs were editable too.
