I had a question on the dynamic text webpage, and they told me to add it here!
I was looking for the dynamic text for the Basemap used, i.e., World Image or World Topographic. Is there a code for that? We haven't found it yet and must update each map by hand.

Unfortunately, there is no dynamic text that reads the basemap name. You would have to enter it by hand as you are doing. If you'd like, you can submit this to the ArcGIS Pro page. Our development team keeps a close eye on ideas and implements many in each Pro release.
