For FCs that have at least one user-defined field, we single-click 'Click to add new row' to insert a new feature.
But if the FC doesn't have any user-defined fields, then we need to double-click 'Click to add new row'.
Ideally, the number of clicks would be consistent — just one click to create a new row in either scenario.
