Catalog Pane — Load option in annotation FC context menu

ArcGIS Pro 2.9.5; file geodatabase:

When I right-click an empty annotation FC in the Catalog Pane, I don't see a Load/Append option:

Could that functionality be added to allow us to easily load features from an existing annotation FC?
