Attribute Table > Custom Sort — Don't scroll down when I hover over last visible value in Field picklist

ArcGIS Pro 3.4.3; Oracle 19c 11.3 EGDB:

Attribute Table > right-click a field header > Custom Sort

The Fields picklist automatically scrolls down when I hover over the last visible value in the list. That's annoying. I would need to scroll back up to choose the Field I wanted. Could that behaviour be changed?
