An easier way to add a png or jpg to a ArcPro style

On the ArcPro online Help there is a procedure to add a png or jpg to a Style -

Import an image as a style in ArcGIS Pro.

Rather than all these fairly complex steps, how about adding a Selection either in the Insert->Style or in the Catalog Pane->Styles to import a PNG or JPG and add it to a Style.
