Allow user to manage display of Control Point Table - Georeference tab

Settings for the Control Point Table tool in the ArcGIS Pro Georeference tab default to the table opening up in the bottom of the map, taking up more than half the available display (see attached image). Once opened, the table can be resized or moved to float or dock elsewhere, but the user cannot change how it opens initially. For people who work with georeferencing every day, this is becoming very tiresome! The table doesn't "remember" where it is put after the tool is closed, so it has to be moved, resized, etc. every single time.
IDEA: please add display options to this tool to allow users to change the default Control Point Table display setting to suit their workflow. Thanks!
