Add the "Make this the only editable layer" tool the customize toolbar list

Currently in ArcGIS Pro, you can click on the Edit Tab, Right Click a layer and select the button - "Make this the only editable layer"  but this tool/button does not show up in the Customize Quick Access toolbar, so I can't add this as a shortcut in the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of ArcGIS Pro.

Please add this button to the list of available buttons/commands to choose from.
