Add "by Page Names" to Map Series Export Layout
Add an option to the Map Series pane of the Export Layout. This would allow a user to type a list of page names, delimited by commas with the possibility of specifying sub-ranges using dashes.
For instance, map series grid files are generated with names in the form <row-letter><column-number> (A1, A2, B1, B2, etc.). The option would let a user type something like "C4, D4-D6, E4-E7". This would look like the first illustration below.
Justification: The Export Map Series pane currently includes an option to export by Page range, which is specified as a series of page numbers, e.g. "1, 3, 5-12". The page numbers are assigned sequentially by sorting the page names alphabetically, so they are effectively arbitrary and looking them up requires looking at the Contents Map Series pane and reading them (second illustration below). For a large map series this is an annoying inconvenience.
