Add Dupllicate as right click option to layers in Contents Pane

Add the option to "duplicate" a layer in arcgis pro other than copy and pasting. Similar to layer duplication in arcgis online. The tool would work by right clicking on the layer in pro and choosing "duplicate" option. A copy of the layer is automatically added to the just above the layer (in same group if applicable). This would add efficiency to working with layers with differing definition quieries or alternative symbology. The copy and paste using the group or map frame to paste is also unintuitive for new users.

Note that you can hold the Ctrl key and drag a layer in the Contents pane to duplicate a layer to where you release the left mouse button.
