Add all fields to table frame

Right now when I add a table frame it only adds the first 10 fields in my layer. The reality is that users work with datasets that have plenty more fields than that. Not only does it not add them all automatically on creation, there seems to be no option to even add them all - just a scrolling list with your field names. You must R click > Add Field > and select each individual field. This is extremely tedious - 3 clicks per field x however many fields you have. I happen to have 83 and know how I'm spending my evening...

Not being facetious here, but how big will that table be on the layout with 83 fields?! 🙂
