Add a "Try Again" option to Error 000260 (dataset locked)

Add an option to Try Again when you get Error 000260.

Another instance of Pro might be open and all you need to do is close it for the operation to complete.

Rather than redoing the full process just keep the instruction 'alive' and give us an option to 'Try Again' after we resolved the lock issue.
