In Arcmap we used to be able to manipulate legends a lot easier. We were able to input an individual layer into a legend multiple times and then manipulate each version of that layer to say a specific thing in the legend, especially in regards to headers. We were not only able to define which headers were shown, but also apply them to new columns since the same layer could be put in the legend multiple times. I think it'd be great to bring back the ability to have an item in a legend multiple times. In addition, it'd be great to have a button that moves headers existing in a single layer, into their own columns. The items in my legend, shown below, from "Other Facilities" header to "Sediment Collection Basin" are all in the same feature class. I can manipulate the fitting strategy to move things around some, but it's not a guarantee that my headers will end up in a new column. I can copy and paste the layer multiple times in my map and query it, to then be able to add it to my legend multiple times - that's a bit of a hassle. A simple option when an individual layer is selected in the legend to "move headers to new columns" seems like a great function to have! And it would mimic some of the function that was lost from ArcMap.
