I'm not sure when exactly this happened since I don't regularly edit our parcels, but for some reason, whenever I use the Move tool, to try and move parcel points a popup will appear saying "Initializing tool...". Sometimes it will go away, but more often than not it will stay up forever. This doesn't happen with any other branch versioned datasets. Just the parcel fabric.
