I discovered this in Pro 3.2 that when I run the "Import Parcel Fabric Points" tool to import control points to the fabric, it will move the points to the correct X,Y position but it will not update any of the attributes (other than ControlType) like it had in previous versions of Pro.
Included in the attachments are things tool messages, tool parameters and some visuals showing it did not perform the update of the matched attributes (i.e. horizontal accuracy as an example), but this tool should also update other attributes such as Monument Type, Coordinate Method, Computation Procedure, and a couple other fields.
