I'm not sure if we are the only ones receiving this false message, but I was greeted this morning with the banner at the top saying Your organization has used all available credits

The credit status pane is constantly spinning and the status tab under Organisation has an error on the dashboard. I've raised a ticket and just putting this here in case anyone else is experiencing this.

Update: Be aware that all of our Notebooks are also disabled, so if you any scheduled tasks using python notebooks then I would check those as well. I doubt it is worth enabling them until ESRI have fixed the issue.

Same in the UK!

I have also raised a ticket (and now very glad that it's unlikely that something has rinsed through several thousand credits!)

Just to add our name to this issue too. Anyone heard anything from Esri yet?

For those in Australia do you use the European server? Just wondering if this is a European or wider issue. Thanks

Same here (UK). Possibly related to Amazon Web Services outage?

@DataOfficer, yes I've just had confirmation from our Customer Manager that this is related to an AWS problem.

We can no doubt look forward to this issue not being addressed until somebody in the States wakes up. Issues with European servers have become way too prevalent in the past 6 months. This kind of thing really undermines trust among our users! It's not my job to defend this lack of service to my colleagues and I'm getting a bit sick of it tbh

This report was found be a colleague of mine.

ArcGIS Online Service Disruption

Looks like it may be tied to the AWS disruption currently happening.

@Cory__Williams that blog is referencing an issue from 2018, not current.

Same issue here, plus multiple reports of our users that can't use their online maps. Serveral layers and basemaps prompt errors also.

ESRI just replied to say they have a member of the Incident Management Team on the case.

Services are coming back online and seem to be recovering. Hopefully the same for the rest of you!
